Successes

A bilingual resource directory is available online, listing over 60 community resources.

Three Community Ambassadors strengthened outreach and community engagement, and worked toward sustainability of health improvements in both towns. Their work included community events to share updates and hear feedback from residents.

The Bound Brook library branch helps to promote community resources and our directory.

Many residents and local leaders don't know about current resources and how to use them. Community members need easy access to information about local events as well as health programs and services.
